Until the moment we receive an item in our store, it will remain the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once verified that all the conditions of return of the article are fulfilled MARTA MARTÍ will approve the return, refunding the value of the item, after deducting the costs of shipping and return, being paid by the same method in which the original payment and within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the item.
