How to return
- Fill in the form with the details of your order. (The card is inside the box. If for any reason you did not get the card, send us an email to email@example.com and we will send it back to you.)
- Once the form has been filled, put it back in the box with the products you want to return along with the original contents of the package according to the conditions mentioned in point D of the previous section.
- RETURN: You have 2 options;
(I) The customer directly manages the return, and assumes the costs of return and responsible for the shipment and status of the product.
(II) We manage the collection of the product by a courier, the customer being responsible for the return costs. For this option you must notify us of the request for return in the following email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the name, contact details, order number and items to return. As soon as possible MARTA MARTÍ will begin the processing of the return and will send you by email the label / delivery note to paste in the box for collection by the carrier.

5. The return costs will always be in charge by the customer, in case of requesting that we manage the return, see the rates indicated in the following return cost table would apply.
