Returns & Exchanges
A.- The orders can be returned within 15 calendar days after the reception of the product, taking as a reference the date that appears in the delivery note delivery of carrier.
B.- If the piece has a defect, it must communicate it within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the product in the following email email@example.com.
C.- Size changes may be made in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands without shipping cost to the client. In case of return of the second size the client will assume only both costs of return.
D.- It is not admitted the return of Knitwear complements, the jewels collection Amulette, bags, belts…
In case of making any change of product, you must proceed to return according to the instructions and conditions, and make a new purchase of the product desired.
Refunds will be applied only to the new collection.
Return expenses are at charge by customer.
E.- It will only be admitted the return of the product if it is in its original state and without having been used, cleaned or damaged in any way. You must include all the labels, tapes and seals. Likewise, the contents of the original package, such as cotton bags, cases, perches or gifts that may accompany the order, instructions and original documents, always within 15 calendar days from receipt of order, taking as reference the date on the delivery note delivered of the carrier, must be returned in the same way.
